i think it's nice in animation and concept, but not so playable, maybe better as an animation. i'll givit a 4/5.

i like this idea of proposital low resolution.

i gave a ten to graphics just because working with pixel art is much more difficult to do (the right way) than simple vector graphics.

captain low-rez gives you a good visual experience while being very low resolution. the author could pass the ideas clearly and make the audience understand everything in just a few pixels, well done!
